At Shalom Boutique Lodge & Hunting Safaris, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, while allowing us to maintain a high level of service.
● Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the booking total.
● Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.
● Guests who do not arrive or who depart earlier than scheduled will be charged the full booking amount.
● A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.
● The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
● Group cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
● Booking date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before arrival.
● Changes within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g. natural disasters, national emergencies), we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and offer flexible solutions where possible.
